After power lost one virtual disk failed, it does not recognized by OS. How it recovery to normal state. All phisical disks in the pool in optimal state.
If you look in MDSM is there any errors listed in the recovery Guru? Also when power was restored was your MD3620 powered on first and allowed to run for about 5 min before you powered on the hosts? If the MD & hosts were switched on at the same time then I would try & reboot the host if you haven’t already done so.
