md3220i write cache currently suspended
After creating a new virtual disk the write cache of all virtual disks is in the currently suspended state.
It this an expected behavior?
Is there a way to determine why the cache is currently suspended?
The SAN status is optimal and the event log doesn't show any critical events.
Does the media scan setting (which is currently suspended) has any influence on the write cache functionality?

There are quite a few reasons why it may be suspended. Usually it will re-enable on it's own without much of a log entry stating it.
