PS4000E and Packet Errors

Question

Hello, Started to get packet errors on my PS4000E. Errors are only on 1 controller and eth0. What would be the best course of action to get to the root of this problem? Disable eth0 on controller 1 and see if eth1 starts to get these errors? Disable controller 1 alltogether and see if controller 2 is getting errors? Thanks in advance, Karol

Hi i guess you are running firmware 5.0.7.
The problems you see are prob crc errors.
There is a hotfix released for that. Please contact EQL support.
If needed i`ll send you a pm with a casenumber..

Yes, running FW 5.0.7. Will contact EQL then and report later if that was the case.
