RD1000/114X Issues need help
Hello,
We just installed a RD1000/114X and we have it attached to a PowerVault NX200. We have this issue which are unable to correct. When we turn the 114X on and we try to run any program that is associated with the device, CommVault, RD1000 Utility Program, Try to Eject the cartridges... The system slows down to a crawl. Check system resources the CPU looks normal, memory usage is normal everything on the system looks normal but when we try to use the drive it slows to down t a crawl. Turn off the drive and the programs fire right up.
Has anyone else seen this behavior?
