SANHQ 3.0 EPA + Retransmit errors
One of the nice new functions of SANHQ is advertised as allowing me to see on what ISCSI connections i have retransmits.
That function does not seem to be in 3.0 EPA. or atleast it requires something that im not compliant on.
My envoriment is running 6.0.7
If i look in iscsi connections i see the following columns:
Target, Host Initatior Name, Host IP Address, Port, Connection Time, Total Read, Total Write, I/O rate, Target Type,
The manual for 3.0 clearly shows a picture (figure 29) another field called Retransmit Percentage.
That field is missing in my install :(
What do i need to do, to enable this.

I received answer from Support.
for this function the requirements are:
Firmware 7.0 EPA
SANHQ 3.0 EPA
It does not work with 6.0.7

Ive opened a case with Equallogic European support.
Unfortunately it does not seem like most of the Technicians are very fluent in the product. A shame since Dell pushes SANHQ alot.
I will keep trying to push support, to get through to someone who actually knows what my issue might be.

I got a message back from support.
The new retransmit figures does only appear if your running 3.0 EPA with firmware 7.0 EPA, it does not collect these statistics in version 6.0.7
