Scv2000 fc array status led is bilinking amber

Hi All,

Seeking your help as the newly installed scv2000 fc array status led bilinking amber.

While searching i manage to find this is occurring  due to some software detected fault as per deployment guide but cant find the solution.

Kindly help to get rid of this problem.
