Dell's certification pages have moved around a few times and the community site layout doesn't make them obvious to find. Best bet is going directly through the Dell Technologies Education Services portal — education.dell.com — rather than trying to navigate there from the main community. The partner portal also has them if you're coming from that side.
To access Partner Academy courses, simply log in using your partner credentials and select the “Partner Academy” tab. From there, you’ll be able to view and enroll in all partner-specific courses.
