Knowledge Maintenance Test Notifications Sent
In April and October the Knowledge Maintenance program sends links to a bi-annual knowledge validation test. These went out on October 1, 2013
Knowledge Maintenance (KM) test notifications were sent to certified Specialists in the following EMC Proven Professional tracks:
KM 6.5 for Storage and Information Infrastructure EMCTA |
KM 1.1 for RecoverPoint EMCIE |
KM 1.1 for RecoverPoint/SE EMCIE |
KM 1.1 for VPLEX EMCIE |
KM 6.4 for Symmetrix EMCPE |
KM 6.6 for Backup Recovery Solutions EMCTA |
KM 6.7 for Symmetrix Solutions EMCIE |
KM 6.7 for Symmetrix Solutions EMCSA |
KM 7.3 for VNX EMCPE |
KM 7.4 for Symmetrix Solutions EMCTA |
KM 7.4 for VNX Solutions EMCIE |
KM 7.4 for VNX Solutions EMCSA |
KM 7.4 for VNX Solutions EMCTA |
If you're a Proven Certified Specialist or Expert in any of these tracks, you should have received an e-mail notification between 10:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. EST on Tuesday, October 1, 2013. If you did not receive the notification and you believe you should have, you can take the following steps to correct the situation:
- Check your Junk Mail or Spam folder to see if it was filtered.
- If you did not receive the e-mail, check the EMC Cert Tracker at https://www.certmetrics.com/emc to see if your e-mail address is correct.
- If your address in Cert Tracker is missing or incorrect, enter the correct address so you will receive future notifications.
- Write to education@emc.com if you need further help, or need to receive the current links.
