InfoMover too slow
Data transfer from M/F to Sapirion is very slow. Normal used times = 2-3 hours but now used time 6-7 hours for same data size.

Any recent changes, updates, upgrades, downgrades, maintenance applied or the like? Has this been gradually observed, or more of a sudden onset?
I could not access either linked file, both gave me structural errors from winzip. I was able to open another winzip format file so there may be a problem (structurally) with the .zip files.
Let's see if we can get some answers for you...
