Hi,
I¿m interested to start using ¿perma cache¿ utility.
Enviroment: (z/OS 1.7, DB2 8.1, DMX-3)
Have you any experience with using ¿perma cache¿.
What kind of data sets could be a good candidate to put it into a cache (DB2 tablespace, indexspace) ?
To put some data sets into a perma cache, utility needs to start ¿SCF¿ before. What happens when I have some data in a ¿perma cache¿ and stop or restart ¿SCF¿ ? Should I ¿release¿ data sets before I restart SCF ?
