Windows 2003 server not detecting SAN Luns configured on EMC DMX

Hello

There is a Windows 2003 machine for which the LUNS have been configured and masked. The Windows server is loaded with all required Hba drivers , still it is not detecting the LUNS

Any commands or any settings we need to check so that the LUNS are detected.

    i would double check switch zoning, masking, make sure HBAs are set for point to point and not loop (but then it probably would never login to the switch).

    VIJAY,

    Have you opened an SR or called into the Support Centre for assistance? The reason behind my question is that the DMX can be checked out fairly quickly real time as you take other avenues in parallel as were mentioned previous. I would glad to help out from a DMX point of view if needed.

    Did you run "symmask -sid $SID refresh -noprompt" and "symcfg discover", when you were done with the masking, zoning, and mapping?
