Waiting for system drive to be ready...

Using dell image assist static image. Capturing the image is fine, and when we go to restore the image from the USB drive, it starts restoring, then partway through the command prompt popup comes up and can't proceed any further. Attached screenshot shows what it is saying. Waiting for system drive to be ready. Not sure how to proceed or get past this point. Thanks
