2000-0145 has to do with a spin test. If drive is dead the motor doesnt spin.
This is an issue with SSD that has no moving parts.

First of all what is the exact model of your system? That code generally means either the DVD drive or the HDD/SDD drive is failing or has failed. This web page should help. Run diagnostics (F12 immediately at boot) to see if the drive errors show up and on which drive. Now it is a spin test and really does not apply to an SSD. But some SSD drives throw an error -0145.

Yes that's exactly the info requested. There's a thread that says to reset BIOS to clear the 2000-0145 error on a PC with an SSD, without either a (spinning) hard or optical drive.
Reboot PC and start tapping F2 to open BIOS setup. Look for an option to reset BIOS to the Default settings. It may be on the Exit tab in BIOS setup. Select that option, confirm the reset, and exit setup. See if the 2000-0145 error is cleared now.
