Inspiron 24 5000 AIO, for three monitors in extended mode?

i am thinking of getting the all in one desktop inspiron 24 5000 , the video card is Nvidia gtx 1050 which suppose to have 3 video display port, 1 hdmi,1 dual link DVI ,1 display port, i was hoping to connect to 2 extra monitors for multiple display of documents( not for gaming) but the when i look at back of the inspiron 24 5000 , there is only one hdmi output that i can see, my questions are

- where are the others video ports on the video card, all they modified?

- as it is , one can only connect one extra monitor via the hdmi connection ? will it work if i use a usb video link for a second monitors?

I have talked to the sales team at Dell , but they don't seem to know, just suggest to get a tower instead.

PS i don't want to have a tower in order to save space!

Any one got any ideas?

That model comes with integrated video or a discrete card that is integrated on the board. It has only one HDMI out port. See the Inspiron 24-5459 AIO online Setup and Specifications PDF page 14. The sales info is right about getting a desktop for your needs. All in ones have laptop-like boards with little if any upgrades possible.

Here is a picture of the discrete GPU card where you will see it has no ports like a desktop video card.

You could consider connecting one external monitor to the HDMI-Out port on the PC and a second external monitor to a USB port using a USB>{video} dongle, where {video} is a port of your choosing that supports one of the ports on the 3rd monitor, eg USB>HDMI.

A USB3>{video} dongle connected to a USB3 port on the PC will give you better performance than a USB2 dongle, but might cost a little more. Whichever dongle you choose, make sure it supports the version of Windows running on the PC and the optimum (= "native"/recommended) resolution of the monitor you'll be connecting to the dongle.

I see, it is not exactly the same no . Of ports available, think will go for the USB dongle option. Thanks

All of the Dell AIO desktops actually use laptop GPU video cards. You spoke to the full size Nvidia GTX 1050 video card specifications.

The Inspiron 24 5475 AIO only has the single HDMI out port.

In theory, once you purchase the USB DisplayLink adapter, you would use the DisplayLink software to drive another monitor.
