Keyboard and Mouse not working.

We just had the same issue happen. Only the keyboard stopped working, mouse worked fine. Tried 3 seperate brand new dell keyboards with no luck, they all worked on a seperate computer. Then tried a generic brand and works fine... go figure

sorry what i meant to say was that im having this issue as well , i tried unplugging the psu and cleaning it, i tried unplugging psu and holding power button for 30 sec, i tried taking out ram sticks and cleaning them , i tried only leaving one ram stick in and neither of these worked , no display on monitor , no display on mouse , no display on keyboard , when i turn on my desktop , theres no beep , i tested my monitor and keyboard and mouse on another pc and worked fine , every time i unplug my mouse and re plug it back it , the mouse cursor lights on but turns off instantly indicating me that theres power in the motherboard, please help it would be very appreciated.

Always include the exact PC model and version of Windows in your posts.

Did you recently allow Dell's SupportAssist app to install a BIOS update or some other updates, or do a Windows update?

Is your PC under warranty?
