Download the command center from Your Product page.

Hi @Fayez Elmassry  try this. Download the free Revo Uninstaller and use with Advanced scanning mode setting. Try to install the AWCC if not listed in Programs and Features, then use Revo Uninstaller to see if it is listed. If yes, use Revo Uninstaller to uninstall your AWCC, press Scan and when prompted select and delete all files, you might get a second prompt to select and delete more files. You have now removed everything associated with the AWCC.  After restart, you should be able to clean install the AWCC, as if for the first time. Kind regards.

Hi @Fayez Elmassry  your Dell G5 15 5590 Support's Drivers and Downloads page is Here.  At the top of this support page, click on Detect Drivers. You may now wish to save shortcut to this page for your Dell Service Tag. Download AWCC v5.2.91.0, right click and Run as administrator.

Your G model is not an Alienware.* The model name is G3- one step below Alienware. But you can use ACC. See the info here-

https://www.dell.com/support/article/en-us/sln128904/alienware-command-center-quick-guide?lang=en

See this about installing audio driver before the ACC-- Important Information: It is recommended that you install the audio driver version 6.0.1.8394 or later before installing this update. It is applicable on Alienware and G-Series systems with Realtek audio.

Dell G3 drivers and software here--https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/g-series-15-5590-laptop/drivers

Hi @Fayez Elmassry  you have found AWCC in Revo Uninstaller as "Alienware Command Center Suite" (i.e. AWCC Suite) and are now ready for Revo Uninstaller to remove it.

Hello @Fayez Elmassry   thank you for your update. To recap, your update says AWCC was uninstalled and then reinstalled. Hopefully there was a Restart so that the uninstalled process was consolidated before the reinstalled.

Have just visited the Support for Dell G5 5590 page to look at the general AWCC v5.2.91.0 installation requirements. You will have pressed on the [Detect Drivers] button, to detect your service tag and to get your specific installation requirements. We note that the general AWCC requirements are:-

  1. Before AWCC v5.2.91.0 installation: Check your audio driver is v6.0.1.8394 or higher. Download the Dell SupportAssist and let this check for updates, or just install the Realtek High Definition Audio Driver v6.0.8928.1_A03, and then Restart.
  2. To install or update the AWCC v5.2.91.0: The Dell G5 shall be connected to both mains power and battery power. It needs all the available power to install and process this very large 630.63 MB update. Do not have any other programs running. Remember to Restart so that installation process can fully complete.

If you get prompts to install additional AWCC components, make sure you remain on both mains power and battery power.

Hi @Fayez Elmassry  Please check the AWCC .exe download file integrity.

  1. Go to your Dell Support page, click on AWCC information icon to open the AWCC page, click on View full driver details, scroll down page to arrive at Check Sum values.
  2. Right click on AWCC .exe file, click on CRC SHA to get selection window, click on last entry triangle to open another window with list of Check Sum values.
  3. Compare SHA1 and/or SHA256 of the a) Dell Support Check Sum values, with the b) AWCC .exe file Check Sum values. If identical the download file integrity is confirmed. If not identical the download should be attempted again to get identical Check Sum values.

Verify integrity of download using checksum value.jpg

Ohh. Now I understand,

So the Alienware versions of the command center differ from the G-series laptops command center.
