If you don't have physically bad hardware you likely have rootkit malware.

There is support for windows 10 enterprise.

Its not free.

I just also ran Kapserksy TDSS Killer that kills Rootkit but there was no threat found

Hi Speedstep, thanks for your response.

 

1. I have approached Windows team but they have directed me to Dell team, have also reached out to AMD team and they too direct me to Dell as OEM manufacturer.

 

2. I have run the driver link you sent, received a "Failed package install message", with below details, thanks and  hope I get a solution.
