camera not working
My front camera didn't work. I received this message:
I tried to uninstall the drive from driver manager, it was deleted and Windows 11 didn't detect it or install it automatically.
I also checked all permissions given on my laptop, but unfortunately failed to solve the problem !
No Events found!

To receive assistance from Dell support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Click the "Get help now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. Provide to them the private Service Tag and all of your troubleshooting.

We also need the computer information, such as the model #. Was the web camera ever working when you purchased the computer?

Make sure the camera is enabled in the BIOS of your Dell laptop. Restart or power on the computer. When you see the Dell logo during POST, press the F2 key once a second to enter the System Setup. NOTE: When the computer boots into Windows, restart the computer and try again.
