Can i exchange my current laptop to buy a new one ? How to check if there is any upgrade offers ?

Currently i have inspiron 15 5000 (5570) model with good condition and want to exchange to buy a new one with less weight and thin model. Can you please help on the same

The only thing Dell will do with a system this old is recycle it for you -- it will have no trade-in value. It may have a value of $50-100 depending on condition and configuration, but you'd need to sell it privately on Ebay, Facebook Marketplace, etc.
