Dell G5 15 5500 backlight problem
Problem
- can't seem to find any software onboard the device to configure the RGB lighting.
- The corresponding hardware works flawlessly.
Device info | Dell G5 15 5500
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz
RAM: 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)
NOTE: A system update was installed at first use, I did take notice of an app that I believe was named "Dell support center," which was later removed by the update.
No Events found!

Support for Dell G5 15 5500 Drivers & Downloads provides the Alienware Command Center Application. Click on the AWCC FX tab to change LED lighting, including keyboard RGB lighting colour scheme.

Yes, I did it, but it didn't work. Something is wrong with the BIOS, so I can't even find my keyboard light settings it looks like is disconnected, but it isn't because on the startup it lights in all the colors.

Hi @edumendez99 thank you for sharing update.
Never use SupportAssist to install BIOS update over the internet, this could brick your system.
How to Update the BIOS on your Alienware PC - Alienware Support - YouTube
Always download BIOS update to your system.Then compare the checksum value of your download with the checksum value on the BIOS update webpage. If integrity of your download is good, it is safe to install BIOS update. Look at BIOS update's installation instructions and install any other application that is declared to be a prerequisite.
Make sure battery is fully charged and connect ac adapter, so that power continues to be available even in a power cut. Run BIOS update as administrator to install. The keyboard will be disabled and BIOS will restart many times. Wait for BIOS update to complete.
The BIOS update version can be the existing version, which is being installed again, to correct any problems with the earlier BIOS installation. If the new BIOS does not offer any additional user function, there is no reason why a more recent BIOS update must be installed. If BIOS update is old, install BIOS updates incrementally, one update at a time, so that all additional BIOS functions get installed. The BIOS update is a small file and does not contain improvements provided by earlier BIOS updates.

my AWCC don't have the keyboard in it's FX tab
