Dell Laptop freezes or stops responding
Dell Laptop freezes or stops responding ever now and then.
When it freezes , the screen is still on but the mouse doesn't move.
when it stops responding , the mouse moves normally but with a blue circle "loading sign" and nothing responds.
things i have done and still the issue is not resolved:
1-i have run diagnosis and no problems were found except with optical drive (the CD drive makes a noise every now and then)
2-i have run file checker (sfc / scannow command)and there were corrupted files and were resolved
3-i have installed windows update.
PS: Power button doesn't work to forcefully shut down the laptop when freezed.
No Events found!

Freezing issues can be difficult to troubleshoot and diagnose. Please try running a systems diagnostics by pressing F12 at startup or by running Dell Support Assist. Make a note of any error messages and contact tech support for further troubleshooting and possible resolution.
