Dell Support Assist App Doesn't Work-Need Many Driver Updates But Afraid To Proceed

Hello,

I tried to install the Dell Support Assist and it failed. I went to the driver update check and a bunch popped up, one being a bios update. I'm afraid to proceed because I'm unsure about the bios and many others. I don't want to harm my computer. Below is a screenshot of the available drivers.

I have a new Inspiron 16 and no problems with Support Assist and updates, even BIOS updates.  Only thing don't run other Apps at the same time - only have SA running.  One note, SA may take some time to do the updates so don't be in a hurry.

In the past we have seen user issues with SA but recent versions have been improved.

Hello :)

So should I go ahead and download those updates?

Hello :)

I downloaded and installed the updates successfully and everything is good now. The Dell SA is installed and working. I want to thank you for taking the time to help me.

Godspeed :)
