Error code 2000-0333

The error code means that the system did not get a response from user to a diagnostic scan.  Usually just a Y or N.

To verify if the device has any issue, run a diagnostic scan again from F12 at boot.  If the scan is resulting with error, post the code here to receive further assistance.

@Chino de Oro​ hello i just turned on my laptop and it works perfectly fine since my friend turned it off when it had this error so after some hours i just turned it on and it works perfectly do i need to do anything or will i be good now?

If there is no more error prompts at boot, it should be good.  Glad that turns out okay for you.

@Chino de Oro​ well when im turning on the laptop it doesnt show any problems i actually ran a diagnosis test on my hard drive and it gave me an error code 2000-0314 

@Chino de Oro​ okay i dont think it got fixed. basically im trying to turn on games and it crashes. like i tried to turn on a game called roblox , fortnite and all of them crashed it has never happend to me before

Error code 2000-0314 indicates thermal reading exceeds the thermal limit.  Meaning the system is overheated.

You did not provide any information about your system.  If the error reading is from Alienware X15 R2 and X17 R2, it's a false reported error.  The resolution is firmware update.  If the system is a G3 model, it's a valid error and the remedy is a thorough cleaning of the system. 

@Chino de Oro​ mine is alienware r2 or how u call it I'm pretty sure but why when it was heated i couldn't boot any games 

Check to see if your Alienware has BIOS firmware 1.15.1, if it does not, you can update the firmware as it was released to fix the lag in games.

Acabo de estar  ver uno de los comentarios donde decía que era calentamiento del CPU y también uno sobre reiniciar la batería hice las dos cosas hasta el momento son las 3 pm hora Colombia y esperare a las 5 pm hora Colombia para ver que tanto ha cargado la batería por que no lo  estaba haciendo. Ya esta cargando!
