fan control

so I am using a Dell G3 15 3590 laptop its already been a year, but it has been already 4/5 months since I am not able to control my fan speed. what's supposed to happen when I'm gaming is that I press F7 so my fans work harder. I don't know what caused this problem, and I don't know how to fix this. 

and recently I also don't have any audio output. it also happened that I didn't have any Bluetooth anymore but I fixed that on my own. but the audio output is still a problem, now I have to use my headset every time to hear sound. 

all of my drivers are up to date so IDK how I can fix this...

does someone have a solution for these problems things?
