infinity loop

hello, my laptop is dell 15 5567 and i have problem.

the problem is infinity loop in boot shows dell logo under it shows windows loop.

And when me fix it “installing new windows”, it breaks down again in less than a week، This problem happened to me 7 times. The problem is not from windows because I install new windows   7 times. So I conclude that the problem is from laptop not from windows. I think the problem from my hdd I upgrade to ssd and it was destroyed again the same problem. I work now in stable windows 10 1607 I want to upgrade to 20H1 but I am afraid that it will break again. I never restart or shutdown my laptop for 4 days. But now I want to know where is the problem and how to fix it please. Thank you
