Inspiron 3501, no bootable drive found
In my dell Inspiron 3501 bought it in 9/25/2021. So I downloaded a USB to html software of ZH so after I installed it a command prompt came typing it automatically and after that the PC screen turned black and I thought to restart my PC so it turned out to be an malware I think but the PC got froze in the boot loop and I thought to restart again that happened so I thought to use the F12 key and went to the Onboard nic both 4 and 6 but it is showing no bootable os. My 15 month retail warranty has expired.

Well I fixed the problem by the dell os recovery asistent then I clicked on reset PC but only windows 10 was there so I don't care about the os types so I went and clicked on reset PC and it was. Working,

It's not clear what you used or what it was supposed to do, but if you're sure you connected a device known to have malware on it, a clean wipe and reinstall of the operating system is the safest next step.
If the F12 key doesn't bring up a boot menu including whatever flash drive you have, the system doesn't see it as bootable. You can download a secure image of Windows 10 or 11 from Microsoft:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-installation-media-for-windows-99a58364-8c02-206f-aa6f-40c3b507420d
and prepare a flash drive using the Windows media creation tool. That will be bootable and allow you to reload the OS.

Thank you for telling but i can't go to the advance option I tried to do it but it is not working but the f2 and F12 is only working so I went and started my PC and continuing clicking of shift but not working. Well I'm thinking to take it to my nearest dell store
and also I have a bootable USB but it's not working and I only have one PC which is this but I have to just install the efi but idk how to open file explorer on bios setup or the boot option
