Inspiron 5570 keyboard wont type T
In one of my programs, doing "Shift + T" Types nothing... and in some its fine. What is this? I tried external keyboards to the same result... should I contact the program manufacturer or is this a hardware issue? One of my other PC's works fine when doing this.

If that key combination works fine in some programs and an external keyboard does the same, then you can pretty much rule out a hardware issue. It sounds like a possible software conflict, as if the key combination is mapped for some other program. Also try booting into safe mode and see if the problem is no longer present. seems to be in most of my programs
safe mode does not help
