Kernel Panic - not sync Processor context corrupt

Inspiron 7580

Inspiron 7580

I have a DELL 7580 i7 16gb using Ubuntu as operating system and suddenly it stopped starting.

The error appears in the image below.

I ran the DELL diagnostics on all hardware and everything is OK, no errors appear.

I did some physical tests, removing HD, changing memory, resetting bios, updated the BIOS to the latest version (1.18.0).

I tried to boot from USB with the Ubuntu image and when it starts to start Ubuntu, the whole computer crashes.

I tried to boot from USB with the windows image and when the screen to configure the installation options opens, the system also crashes.

I also changed the HD and tried to start with Windows and without success, the system hangs and I have to forcefully shut down, but no way the system starts. The error appears right after the DELL logo when turning on the notebook.

Does anyone have an idea how to resolve?

Remembering that I don't have access to the operating system, because it doesn't start.

You can either try repairing the existing install, or wipe the system and reload the OS.
