While typing today, the M key came loose and would not reseat. When I used the virtual assistant, the tech declared that this was not a normal component failure, but was accidental. Attached is a photo.I have  Premium Support Plus and expect that a tech will come to my home instead of losing my laptop for 7-10 days and using up a precious yearly accident incident
