My alienware command center does not launch
Dell G5 15 5500
My awcc doesn't work anymore. It was ok before 27th November 2022. But now it just can't launch anymore (see the video below). It is always crashing.

I tried everything (uninstall then reinstall awcc many time, performed clean boot, etc) but it still doesn't work.
Please help me, because I need awcc to control my fans :((

how to check if my BIOS and AWCC version are compatible or not ?
