slow performance. gpu failures. Dell G3 15 3590

My p.erformance is extremely dropped(In cs go I used to get 250 fps but dropped to 30 fps). I set every possible setting to high performance, both in Dell Power Manager and Alienware Command Center. I made every test i can in support assist finally when i tried to do this tests with support site i found the failures below. But it did not recommend any solutions. Can someone help me? I have Dell G3 15 3590..

Yeah man. Your temperatures are a bit too high for your cpu. But I think your GPU failed on you, maybe not. But I think that since you can’t even run the DX9 tests and it says failed or unexpected exit. Try setting the fans to max and trying to run a game.

then make sure it’s in preformance mode.

Quick Tip: If your laptop has voltage / charging issues, try shutting it down, unplugging power from laptop, hold power button down for 30 seconds to do a full reset!

I did 100% fan speed and set high performance in every setting possible. Still so low fps. Only 2 months passed after I bought the laptop...

Right click the app and click run with high preformance Nvidia.

Clean boot and if that doesn’t work, then try safe mode.

if all else fails, it’s time to get a new computer.
