sound problem
Hello, I have g3 3779 laptop, and since I got it, I have some sound problems. It's kinda hard to explain so I attach google drive link with sounds I recorded with the problem occurring. It's happening with and without headphones. Thank you for the helpers!

Try to troubleshoot the sound problems
Check the audio ports for damage, and clean the ports.
Restart your Dell PC.
Check the connection (external speakers or headphones/earphones).
Check volume settings and set default playback device.
Run Microsoft Sound Troubleshooter.
Reinstall or Update chipset driver, audio driver, and BIOS.
Run a hardware diagnostic test.
Download and install Microsoft Windows updates.
Perform Windows System Restore.
Restore your PC to factory defaults.
