touchpad cursor and pointer freeze or disappear
I have not been using a mouse for the past few months. I use a touchpad and the cursor and/or pointer disappears from time to time. Sometimes I get it back when I press the Control key several times but this is happening too often.

If your cursor freezes, jumps or disappears, you might have to disable additional mouse drivers on your PC. To do that, follow these steps: Open Device Manager and navigate to Mice and other pointing devices section. If you see multiple entries in this section, you'll need to disable all devices that you're not using.
