Undefined event code 0x00000014
Hello! 6 Months ago I bought a charger for my laptop, because old one is dead. About 4 weeks everything worked fine, but then laptop started giving alerts about unknown wattage of charger and started throttling, so I can't work on it. Also, when I tried to launch some programs, like Adobe Photoshop, they work about 5 minutes and then laptop turns off, and when I viewed log in BIOS, I saw Undefined event code 0x00000014, so I don't know what to do, because I don't have official dell service centers in my country and other service centers can't do anything. Please help.

It's difficult to be definitive without knowing the system model (Inspiron 3501, 7779, etc.) but if two adapters have resulted in an unknown AC adapter warning, the issue is probably a faulty DC jack in the system.
The system will not run at full speed without a recognized AC adapter, which will result in slow operation and could be responsible for the power issues.
If you need a part reference for the DC jack, post the full system model number.
