upgrade laptop
Hello respected sir ma'am
I have dell 15 N5010
service tag
Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU M 380 @ 2.53GHz , 4GB RAM
i want to upgrade my laptop processor i3 to i5 or i7 ans wnat to increase RAM 16GB
please guide me what i need to do and is it possible and if possible then tell what kind of generation of processor i can replace with it.

You cannot upgrade a laptop processor and it is not recommended to replace memory modules on your model. But if you know what your're doing and want to replace the ram, here's the service manual--

It would better to put the money towards a new computer. That is a 9 yr old model that will need to be replaced soon.
