1GB mgmt. port use for external connectivity
Hello everyone,
I understand that A200 and H500 nodes comes with 2x10GB ports (for External connectivity) and 1x1GB port (for mgmt.) However, please advice, if we can use 1GB mgmt. port for external connectivity i.e. for clients to access SMB / NFS shares?

per https://www.delltechnologies.com/asset/en-us/products/storage/industry-market/h16463-isilon-advanced-networking-fundamentals.pdf page 59
Note: The 1 GbE interfaces on Isilon Gen 6 nodes should not be used for data transfer under any
circumstances. During the initial cluster configuration, if possible, do not configure the 1 GbE interface. If the
interface must be enabled, it should only be utilized for WebUI and SSH access.
