Which Isilon system do you have? Which API are you going to be using as you didn’t state that in your post?

There is not an api command to change recursively ACL permission of a directory that I am aware of. I cannot find where the list of the attr_name that can be use
I can create directory and give him ACL but I did not successed to change the owner and the group of the directory
