Behavior when trying to delete folder

Question

Hi guys there is something i'm missing here, the parent folder is permissions 775, user is running as others and when the user tries to remove the parent, is not allowed to (as expected) but content of that parent is deleted. No matter if owner of those files is the 'other' user or not.

It would be best to call into support so that we can gather some logs & look deeper into why the data is deleted even though the other permission is used.
