Should I see a failed LED light on the drive after entering the command.
All the drives are flashing BLUE. No RED light on any drive in the node.

The command initiates a SmartFail on a drive. You would do this under support's guidance and not on your own; if there is a problem with a drive the system will automatically SmartFail the drive in question.
For your current situation, you won't see a fault led until the relevant FlexProtect (or FlexProtectLin) job is completed. If you are unsure of the state you are in I would recommend you work with support.
