Custom e-mail template not being used

Question

I have an Isilon running 9.2.1.15. I've copied the default e-mail notification template (/etc/ifs/celog_email_template.txt), - assuming that's the right one - and made some changes before saving the file in /ifs and changing the SMTP settings to use that template. The GUI reads the template without issue, but when I try to send a test e-mail (or the system sends a heartbeat notification) OneFS is clearly still using the default template.

Is this a bug, or is there something else I need to do to make OneFS use the custom template?

Hi,

Thanks for your question about email alerts. Try the command isi alert settings set user_template /ifs/your template name. You can also check this with isi alert settings list

Your suggested command "isi alert settings list" does not work.

PowerScale OneFS 9.2.1.15
SFDR-VSCLT-1# isi alert settings
