Enable SNMP?

Total n00b to Isilons.  We have a bunch of EX200 (I think?) running OneFS 8.0.0.0  I've been to Cluster Management -> General Settings -> SNMP Monitoring to enable and configure SNMP, but I cannot actually query it.  I was looking around for an ACL or network config that looked relevant, but came up with nothing.  Googling just says to do what I did.  It's possible that SNMP is filtered by an ACL for this network, and I'm looking into that, but I can walk the router, so figured I'd ask in case I missed a switch somewhere.

    "Timeout: No Response from 192.168.10.22"

nmap indicates the port is open but filtered.  We do not have any firewalls involved.

Try increasing the timeout value (in bold) with the -t switch.

    % snmptable -v 2c -c public -t 10 -m all -m /tmp/ISILON-MIB .txt isilon01 quotaTable | more

You asked me if I used a static IP address.  I responded, "Yes".  I'm not even sure if someone could use a dynamically-assigned address, or how they would expect it to work as soon as that address changed.I cannot query

But no, it is not working.  I cannot query even by increasing the timeout.  And I guess I'm not sure why I can hit a "Reply" button to a given post and this board doesn't thread the discussion at all, or even quote...
