Forbidden you don´t have permission to access / on this server.

Hello,

 I almost finished the configuration of a new cluster 5 x X400 + 800 SSD, 24GB RAM, 2xGbE, 2x10GbE. OneFS 7.1.1.1

AD in a windows server Windows Server 2012 Std.

Everything looks very well, but node 3 doesn´t respond any request from the clients to delivering home folders. When I want to login from any Mac Client the home folder doesn´t respond. It happens in all the home folders coming from node 3. I tried from the serial console and all basic commands works well. also when i tried a ping to the node and It answered. When I use the WebIU from node 3 I get the message: Forbidden you don´t have permission to access / on this server. I can´t find any document in EMC/isilon refered to this error but the message in the forums shows a Apache error. Does the Apache configuration needs to be repaired in the local node?

The rest of the nodes answered very well any time from any client.

I´ll appreciate any comment.

Hello,

Could you provide error which you are getting from node 3 ?

/var/log/apache2/access.log

/var/log/apache2/error.log

Also try disabling services below and enable them then try from node 3

Thor-1# isi services -a isi_webui disable

The service 'isi_webui' has been disabled.

Thor-1# isi services -a apache2  disable

The service 'apache2' has been disabled.

Thor-1# isi services -a isi_webui enable

The service 'isi_webui' has been enabled.

Thor-1# isi services -a apache2  enable

The service 'apache2' has been enabled.

I tried  disabling and enabling  Apache services as you said and nothing change. Once I tried  10.0.24.33 that is the IP address from node 3, I got the same error.
