Isilon ACL preservation with Networker NDMP

We have an Isilon (OneFS 9.1) we'd like to backup with Networker (19.9) via an AFTD on a storage node.  Our setup works fine except for one show-stopping glitch:  the ACLs on directories are not preserved when performing an index restore.  They are, however, preserved when restoring an individual file or when performing a full saveset restore.

I see someone else has had this very problem and a possible solution exists in a KB article  https://support.emc.com/kb/119432 but neither I nor our Dell engineer rep have access to that article.

I've experimented with different environment variables to no avail.  Currently, I have:

EXTRACT_ACL=Y
OPTIONS=NT
NSR_NDMP_NDAR=Y

but I also tried NSR_NDMP_RECOVER_DIRS=Y in place of using DAR.
