I would try to restart the overall update process that all Nodes can update the QLogic-NX2 from 7.6.55 to 7.13.0. At the moment only Node 1 seems to be updated.
The other way would be killing the update process itself. You can list all currently running processes with 'ps' or 'top'. E.g. 'ps -auxw'. But I don't know what will happen if you kill the process this way on one Node....

The process stalled, but I will able to reboot that node from a remote node, and was able to restart the process.
