Isilon Initial Configuration on node 1 serial not showing wizard

Isilon Initial Configuration on nodes are all powered on and all connected with all internal and external cables. Then when trying to connect node 1  using serial cable in order to configure the node 1 and create a cluster, it's not showing the wizard at all and the screen is just blank.

Any ideas?
