On the source NetApp, what version of NDMP are you currently using?
You can issue the following
ndmpd version
If it reports back the highest version is 3, can you set it to you NDMP Version 4, by issuing
ndmpd version 4

I did a check and it is set to version 3. Forgot to check that. Thanks for your input.
So now I need check if it is possible to change.

try using -sport=
isi_vol_copy hostname:/vol/v_seismic_00/q_segy01 /ifs//migrate/segy01 -sa root -sport=

The fix was setting NDMP version to 4.
