Issues enabling CAVA on 9.1.04

Hello

just upgraded to 9.1.0.4 and trying to get CAVA configured and I have hit a slight bump in the road so to speak...

I am getting the message

Something went wrong.

  • CAVA not enabled: IP Pool is not set or is invalid. A valid IP Pool must be configured before CAVA can work.

The Dell guide mentions, add a new pool? but only has a couple of lines.  Any help would be most appreciated
