Monitoring isilon via snmp
I added some isilons to my monitpring tool and see volumes having MALLOC and UMA in their names but these do not appear to be traaditional volumes as i do not see total/free etc. I would like to know if i can safely remove these from my monitoring. Each of these takes a license in our monitoring tool and between both MALLOC AND UMA the count is over 1,000. Much appreciated in advance.

Hi,
Yes, you can remove them from monitoring. They are for memory management. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
