@DELL-Sam L Thank you. However, is it possible to configure one of the "simulator" nodes to be a different node model/type? In the simulator environment I would like to have 2 separate node pools so I can create two tiers and play with file policies. As you may know the nodes in simulator are delivered as OVA's. Once I boot up those OVA's, the question is if there is a configuration adjustment I can make to them so they appear as a different type of node.

Hello Avan11,
“You cannot mix enterprise nodes with compliance nodes.” This information is found on page 12 on the following link. https://dell.to/43tDSmW

Thank you. I should have been more specific. I was referring to different node types such as an H700 and an A3000 in the same cluster.

Hello Avan11,
You can but them in the same cluster. It is always best to have the same node types if possible.

@Avan11 , try
isi storagepool nodepools create H700 --lnns 1-3
isi storagepool nodepools create A2000 --lnns 4-6
