Question about Moderation

So I'm posting this here because for over 7 months I haven't received a single reply when posted to the general DECN Help Forum elsewhere on this site.  Is there any way to "graduate" so I don't have every single post and reply moderated?  Tedious is an understatement.

Hi, I've been participating in the Isilon storage community forum for a year now, both starting new discussions (questions) and responding to others.  Is there ever going to be a time I'm not being moderated?  I'm a current customer of EMC.  Lately it's been a problem because I've had specific issues that I want feedback on before I submit to support.  In two recent cases, my problem was completely resolved by others in the community saving me the need to open a ticket.  But the time for approval is making it less useful that it could be, lately it's been over 24 hours in many cases, which makes follow-ups very tedious.

I like that you keep spam off the board, but at what point, if ever, will I prove myself enough with my previous posts so I can post directly?  Is there anything I can do?  Thanks for the information.

    Ryan,

can you think of any specific key words that could have caused moderation.  For example they used to moderate on short handed word for "versus".

As far as I know, I've never been able to post or reply without moderation.  If they are moderating me on my choice of words, they're using the whole dictionary against me.  I've been posting or replying for almost two years now with the same results, in fact I bet this reply will be moderated.  Ha!  OK, so maybe someone took me off the naughty list.  This posted without the dreaded yellow banner telling me it was being moderated!  Thank you to whoever did that, I can see this forum being much more useful for me.

    Hello Ryan,

Since the beginning of this year I am now the full time administrator for the Isilon space and have cleaned up the back log of moderations and changes needing attention. I am glad you are able to post your questions and if you do run into any issues, just fire a message my way.

    Thank you,

    David Felt
